CAN
PLASTERCRAFT STATUES BE USED OUTDOORS?
The answer to this is yes and no!
Plaster is a porous surface, so water will deteriorate
the statue if it is not sealed properly. You can
place a statue outdoors if it is protected from
rainfall, like on a patio.
The best method we have used to seal plaster is
with spar varnish or marine varnish. The statue
should be painted first with acrylic paint - cover
the entire surface including the bottom. Then
seal the entire piece. Spar varnish is available
in gloss and satin finish at any marine or hardware
store.

We do not sell molds - only ready to paint statues.
DO YOU HAVE A PRINTED CATALOG?
Sorry, we no longer offer a printed catalog.
In order to keep our costs low, we discontinued
our printed catalog and placed most of our
shippable items online.

YOU ACCEPT CHECKS?
We only accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover.

HELP
As you browse through the site, you simply enter your
desired quantity for each item on the page and click
the
button -
(HINT: you can enter a quantity for one item and
click the buy it button for each item or enter the
quantity you would like to order for all the items
on the page and click any of the buy it buttons once
on the entire page).
Once you click the buy it button, you will be taken
to your "shopping cart" page.
You can also view your cart at any time by clicking
the
button.
From the shopping cart page you can:
If
you click continue shopping, you will be taken back to
the previous page.
If you're ready to checkout, just click the checkout button
and you will be taken to our SECURE order form.
If you would like to change quantities, just click the
change quantity button to go to the modification page
and enter your new quantities then click the submit quantity
changes button. Your new quantities will now show up with
your new subtotals.
To delete items, click the delete item button to be taken
to the deletion page. Click on the item you want to remove
from your cart and click submit deletion.
Remember:
You can continue changing your order until you get
to the checkout form (the SECURE order form) and click
submit from the secure order form page. You can add
items to your cart throughout the entire process and
delete or change quantities throughout!

YOU SHIP COD?
Sorry, we cannot accept COD orders.
HOW
LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All orders are shipped UPS Ground to
the continental United States only.
We normally process orders in our factory within 5
business days. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks from
the time you place your order for delivery - depending
on what part of the country we are shipping to.
Can
I place an order with a check or do I
need a credit card to order?
Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting
checks as payment. If you are uncomfortable
submitting your credit card information
online, simply mail your order in to us
with your credit card information.
OUR GUARANTEE
If you are not happy with your merchandise,
just email us within 5 days of receipt
for a return authorization number,
ship the merchandise back to us and
we will issue a credit (S & H
not refundable) no questions asked!
(As long as your merchandise is in
original condition - unpainted :-)
WHAT
IF MY ITEM(S) ARRIVE BROKEN?
It happens...if you receive an item that was
damaged in shipping, just fill out our claim form by clicking
here and we will send you a replacement
asap. Please keep all the packaging inside the box and a
UPS representative will pick it up.
