HOW
LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Most orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours, although most are shipped out the same day. It all depends on what time you place your order and whether the item is in stock - 97% of our items are in stock all the time. In the event that an item is out of stock, we normally process orders for items that need to be casted within 2
business days.
Orders are shipped UPS Ground to
the continental United States only unless you make arrangements prior to placing your order for special processing. If you need faster processing, just call us. We'll do everything we can to get your items to you within your time frame.
- Orders received Monday through Friday by 1:00 p.m. EST are usually processed the same day.
- Orders received Monday through Friday after 1:00 p.m. EST are usually processed the next business day.
- All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST on Fridays will not be shipped until Monday.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

It happens...if you receive an item that was
damaged in shipping, just fill out our claim form by

and we will send you a replacement
asap. It is very important to keep all the packaging inside the box and a
UPS representative will pick it up for an inspection.
